Jardin Secret

This wine's unique bouquet stems from its 100% Sabbaghieh grapes, a traditional Lebanese variety known for its dense, deep flavors reminiscent of sunny grapes. It is a type of Teinturier grape, characterized by its red flesh and juice due to anthocyanin pigments, resulting in wines with higher tannin levels. Originally used to dye vinegar in Lebanese mountain villages. Sabbaghieh was rediscovered by Fadi Gerges, founder of Château Cana, who decided to experiment with winemaking. Château Cana is now the sole winery in Lebanon producing "Jardin Secret," its flagship wine made from Sabbaghieh grapes. Vintages: 2013, 2014, 2016 - Aging: 6 months in used oak
