Château Cana, formerly Clos de Cana, tells the story of Dr. Fadi Gerges, who originally is a dentist turned into a wine maker, who revitalized abandoned lands in Mount-Lebanon post-civil war.

Dr. Fadi involved surrounding villages in grape cultivation, aiming to bring families back to the region. With over 20 years of winemaking expertise, Château Cana welcomed Joanna Gerges, the third generation, in 2018, after graduating from l'Ecole Supérieur de Commerce de Paris (ESCP). With more than 12 years of experience in brand management and consulting she breathed new life into the business. marking a rebranding and a new chapter.

Despite Lebanon's challenges, Ms. Joanna remains steadfast in continuing her father's legacy, emphasizing the importance of perseverance and community. Today, both generations work hand in hand, preserving and expanding the winery's heritage.
